Overview
Those who are wanting to reverse or avoid dis-ease dynamics will start with one of the following, depending on the outcome of the preceding Discovery Call. Each plan kicks off with an intake call to define the "big picture," highlight interconnectedness among symptoms, and outline an initial care plan; followed by 2 Holistic Health sessions per month for 3 months. Listed monthly prices reflect a 4-month plan.

Tier 1 Jump Start
Suited for those with complicated health dynamics and elevated symptom levels. Kicks off with a 90-min Holistic Intake appointment.
Tier 2 Jump Start
Suited for those with complicated health dynamics and moderate symptom levels. Kicks off with a 60-min Holistic Intake appointment.
Tier 3 Jump Start
Suited for those with low symptom levels or individuals wanting to prevent future health imbalances. Kicks off with a 30-min Holistic Intake appointment.

Holistic Health Discovery Call
The first step for new clients or for those who have been away more than 1 year to determine a customized forward plan.
Holistic Health Session
This coaching session will address an appropriate combination of support to mind, body and spirit. We will focus on ongoing progress, adaptation of protocols to support your healing journey, and the clearing and rebalancing of any underlying energy that may be impeding progress. Each session will conclude with a short rebalancing meditation.
Functional Lab Review
45 minutes. Interpreting labs through a functional lens can be as much of an art as it is a science. We go beyond the conventional approach to interpretation by looking at lab markers as patterns in relation to your unique situation to provide meaningful and actionable insights.

Mini Maintenance Check-In
If you need a quick energy clearing, some further coaching guidance, or an accountability check-in, this quick, 15-minute meeting is for you.
Energy Session
Sessions focus on grounding your energy, removing blocks to healing, and resolving energetic imbalances, all of which may be contributing to physical manifestations of dis-ease. Each session will begin with a brief review of client updates and conclude with a 5-minute rebalancing meditation. Minimal functional coaching included.
