I primarily work with women ages 40–65 who are experiencing persistent symptoms such as fatigue, weight resistance, poor sleep, brain fog, digestive issues, anxiety, low mood, or autoimmune patterns—especially when conventional or holistic approaches haven’t helped.
Most of the women I work with are doing many things “right” and still feel stuck.
Most approaches focus on symptoms or single systems.
I specialize in complex, treatment-resistant cases, where multiple layers are interacting. My work centers on pattern recognition—connecting symptoms, labs, history, physiology, nervous system regulation, and energetic dynamics—so we’re addressing what’s actually driving imbalance rather than chasing surface-level issues.
No. I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
I work alongside—not in place of—medical care by helping you understand underlying patterns, root causes, and system load so you can make informed, empowered decisions about your health.
In most cases, yes.
Labs provide important insight into what’s happening beneath the surface. However, labs are never looked at in isolation. They’re interpreted in the context of your symptoms, history, and overall system dynamics.
“Normal” labs can still reflect meaningful dysfunction when viewed through a functional lens.
I work with both conventional and specialty labs, depending on your situation. These may include markers related to hormones, metabolism, inflammation, digestion, nutrient status, immune function, and detoxification pathways.
The specific labs used depend on what patterns need clarification.
Energy-based assessment and clearing is used as part of a broader, integrative approach.
Many persistent symptoms are influenced by stress patterns, nervous system regulation, and subconscious responses that don’t always show up on lab work. Addressing these layers can help remove obstacles that keep the body stuck, allowing physical interventions to work more effectively.
Energy work is not used in isolation—it complements functional lab analysis, nutrition, and lifestyle support.
No.
This work does not require any belief system, spiritual framework, or religious affiliation. It is focused on regulation, stress patterns, and the body’s natural capacity to rebalance.
Clients of many faith backgrounds engage in this work comfortably.
No—and it doesn’t need to be.
Muscle testing is a guidance tool, not a diagnostic test. It helps identify priorities and patterns, which are then supported through observation, labs, and client feedback.
If a session does not identify the right priority, the outcome is simply no change—not harm.
Most people feel calmer, lighter, or more relaxed after sessions.
Some may experience temporary emotional or physical sensations as their system adjusts—similar to what can happen after nervous system work or deep emotional processing.
To support integration, each session ends with a brief grounding or relaxation practice.
No.
This work does not involve retelling or reprocessing traumatic events. In fact, repeatedly revisiting trauma is discouraged.
The focus is on reducing the energetic charge associated with stored stress patterns—often without needing to recall specific events. If talk therapy is indicated, a referral is always recommended.
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline.
Complex cases develop over years, and meaningful change often happens in layers. The goal is sustainable progress—not quick fixes that don’t last.
Some women experience clarity and relief early on; others progress more gradually as deeper layers are addressed.

For most women, the first step is a Functional Lab Analysis. This provides clarity, direction, and a foundation for determining whether ongoing work together makes sense.
